What is the price for the service?
With some treatments, we can give prices over the phone. Unfortunately, many times it is impossible without a thorough inspection.

Can the service be performed at the time of the inspection?
Most treatments are performed at the time of inspection, if you like what we propose and time permits.

What can I expect during the inspection?
We will evaluate your problem and make recommendations. We will explain what we will do, what we will use and how much it will cost. Then the decision is up to you. We do not use high pressure sales tactics.

How do I schedule my first appointment?
Call our office, discuss your issue with our customer service rep and she will schedule the appointment.

How can I pay my bill?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We’ve been using AAI for a number of years now and every technician has been polite respectful and helpful our service is unique in that we’re a junior college and must respect And take care when treating our campus for pest and you guys do a great job for us our new technician Chris’s has done a fantastic job

Regular scheduled service that is thorough, courteous and professional. I am notified both the day before & that morning and I appreciate that. Because of the contract, I have no pest problems whatsoever! Highly recommend AAI.

Joe always does an amazing job. I get an email letting me know what day my service is schedule. Joe will call me when he’s on the way so my dogs are inside and not in his way. Since starting this service I haven’t had any spiders or ants in the house anymore. Great work.

Got a recommendation from a friend for pest control service since I've been dealing with spiders and earwigs. Dominic came out and serviced my house taking care of more than I had expected. Not only was he more than thorough, but he also explained what he was doing and why to help me understand preventative measures for better upkeep. He was so professional, thorough, and communicated very well when I had questions, which made me feel like a valued customer and that he actually cared about doing a good job and doing so with integrity. I liked that he took extra steps to make sure I was taken care of and further expressed what benefits I have between services to make me feel confident in my service provider choice. Overall, he has been the most professional technician I've ever interacted with and hope to keep him as my guy moving forward. He provided above and beyond excellent service!

Good service. There was an issue with my phone number, which made their be a disconnect between the tech and I as far as when he was going to arrive. However, he arrived within the window of time and took care of my issues.

My experience has been good, I've been with AAI for at least 8 years... Lately, I believe that the strength of the spray has changed... Even after they spray, I see spiders and pincher bugs...I do like their service, which is why I stay with them.
